The percent of students scoring above 70% increased by 91% in Grade 4, 80% in Grade 5 and 156% in Grade 6.

Brooklyn students increased their overall passing rate by 300%. The average percent of increase was 72%.

The passing rate for 3,000 students in Arlington, TX, more than doubled during programs from 1997-2000.
