2 m a t h b y t o p i c i n t e r v e n t i o n Math by Topic: Comprehensive or Targeted Intervention Moving with Math ® Math by Topic is a continuous progress curriculum designed to provide intervention for Tier 2 and Tier 3 math students. The curriculum covers all the essential objectives for grades 1–HS organized into four levels. Teachers may choose to cover all topics within a level or focus on specific topics for targeted intervention. Assessment tools aligned to state and national standards provide data to differentiate instruction for all students. Students use manipulatives in every lesson to develop conceptual understanding and improve achievement.
