INCREASE IN STUDENTS PASSING INCREASE IN MEAN SCORES In grades 2–8 the percent of students passing more than tripled (from 83 passing to 213 passing). In grades 2–8 the mean scores increased from 48% to 68%. The overall increase was 47%.
