INCREASE IN MEAN SCORES 41% Passed CHANGE WITHIN THE NON-PASSING GROUP The percent of passing students in Grades 1–7 increased from 22% in Grade 2 to 2900% in Grade 7. The overall percent of increase in students passing was 120%. The percent of increase in mean scores ranged from 14% in Grade 2 to 58% in Grade 6. The overall percent of increase was 32%.
